The community of Rancho Tehama is conveniently located in the heart of Tehama County, California between Corning and Red Bluff. A short 15 minute drive west of Interstate-5 ,through the low rolling hills, will take you to the community. Elder Creek winds through Rancho Tehama’s rolling hills scattered with oak and pine trees. Views of Mt. Shasta and Lassen are numerous and the area plays host to an abundance of wildlife. The community is a planned unit development with CCR’s. The pace is decidedly relaxed and unpretentious. Services include airport, recreational, store, gas station, pizza, post office, church and schools. Parcels adjacent to the airport allow hangars and or homes with taxiway access to the runway.
