I often go walking in Verdugo Woodlands because it’s shady and pretty and just a great place to unwind. Many people walk their dogs here and it’s also a great neighborhood to walk during Halloween and Christmas to see the decorations that the neighbors put out in their yards.
The community has active participation from the residents including organizations like The Verdugo Dads Club and the Verdugo Woodlands West, Homeowners Association. The Verdugo Woodlands Dads Club’s annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser is this Saturday, Jan. 28th and is open to all. A great way to meet the neighbors and to help a good cause!
