Desert Princess Villas for Sale: With many of the same amenities as the Condos, the Desert Princess Villas offer Fairway or greenbelt views and anywhere with 2 or 3 bedrooms from 1425 to just over 2,100 square feet. Most have room for a private pool in the backyard if desired and all of them offer a double attached garage. There are several styles to choose from, a limited number of two-story units and a mixture of Fee land or Lease land.
