Warm Springs Virginia historic home dates back to early 1800s when Warm Springs was a bustling village with large hotel, spa scene and coach traffic headed west. Now it occupies a quiet corner next to Gristmill Square. Warm water from the historic thermal springs flows through the back yard as a tumbling brook. The Payne House was completely renovated in 2005 with all new wiring, plumbing, heat, A/C, tiled baths and copper roof.
