We ran across a listing on Chris's page and called for more information. Even though the listing was no longer available, she spent an extensive amount of time on the phone with us answering all of our questions and sharing her knowledge. We were lucky enough to have her represent us as both sellers and buyers. She helped through every stage of the process and managed every detail along the way so we didn't have to. We would recommend her to anyone. She is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and will represent your interests to the absolute best of her ability!

She was so right! Chris managed the entire buying process for us, kept us informed, answered our multitude of questions, and was always patient and pleasant. We knew very little about the Gainesville area and Chris was our guide. She told us the best places to look for homes, the best places to eat, the best places to shop, the best professionals to do any work, and lots more. She is so very knowledgeable about the area. She did this with very little communication with us since my husband was in and out of the hospital 5 times in 4 months! If a repair needed to be made she got estimates and got my approval then saw the repairs completed, met all inspectors and appraisers and had a wonderful, caring attitude throughout the short time we worked together.
