She has been licensed by the State of Texas to sell real estate since January 1994. Prior to selling real estate, Marsha worked in property management where she gained knowledge in marketing, sales, time management, & customer service. She has been licensed to sell real estate in Texas for the past 6 years. Candis assists with finding clients their future home in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro-plex. She works along side Marsha to help with showing property, making appointments, & finding our buyers their "Dream Home". She and her husband, Chris, live near Lake Lewisville with their two daughters. In her spare time, Candis enjoys spending time with her family & friends, traveling, & decorating. LANCE CUTRER LICENSED BUYER AGENT Lance Cutrer is a licensed Buyer Agent as well as the Contract Coordinator for Crawford & Company. He assists our clients by taking them through the process of contract to the closing. Lance monitors the contract deadlines, the loan process, and attends the home inspection with the client. His attention to detail is an asset in this position as he insures that all aspects of the contract to close process is on track therefore closings happen on time without a delay. Lance is continuing his education in real estate with a focus on investments. He enjoys boating and architecture.
