A 5-camera video surveillance system is installed using IP 3MP outdoor Dome/Bullet cameras. The cameras are connected to an 8 channel NVR, 2TBHD. All cameras are accessible via internet.
Propane
System:
The main tank connected to the house for use with the fireplace and stove top is a 500gal in ground tank that is owned (no lease). The tank connected to the generator is a 120gal leased tank.
Irrigation
System:
The irrigation system is broken up into 3 separate circuits. The main sprinklers for the beds surrounding the house, a drip/sprayer system for the larger trees and shrubs in the outer yard, and a drip system for the potted plants on the patio in the front and back of the house. Each circuit has a separate program to allow customized timing based on plant types. The program box is a Rain Bird ESP Modular system.
Satellite
TV:
The installed satellite TV system is a DISH network. Buyers would have to make separate arrangements to connect to Dish. The antenna will stay with the house but all dish equipment in the house will move with the sellers.
