New Harborgate Subdivision consists of 151 acres containing 119 platted building sites and approximately 50 acres of unimproved land. The sub-division sits at the foot of High Rock Mountain and has approximately 2 miles of shoreline.

ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL: All homes to be built are subject to established
Architectural Guidelines. Detailed house and building site plans must be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee for their review and approval before construction can begin. Strict adherence to guidelines is enforced in order to protect the attractiveness and value of the Community.
PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION: The Harborgate Property Owners Association, Inc. was formed to collect assessments for the maintenance of the community common areas and amenities. The annual dues assessment for 2016 is $1,010.00. The Harborgate
