The pool area is spacious and really is a fun place for entertaining. The owner is a Little League coach. He coached our son's team and we have spent afternoons and evenings around the pool and enjoying parties with the kids running around over an acre of land and the dad cooking hamburgers and hot dogs in the summer kitchen.

The pool is maintained with an Aqua logic automatic pool system and automatic pool cleaner and is controlled by remote.
The deck of the pool and patio area are enclosed by a four foot bronze aluminum fence with three gates.
The summer kitchen is so convenient and up to date. There is also a detached cabana bath next to the summer kitchen and pool so you never have to have guests or kids going through your house wet from swimming to use your bathrooms.
The summer kitchen has a Fire Magic Grill with an exhaust fan, a sink, a refrigerator and drawers to keep your outside summer kitchen supplies in. This is so convenient.
