About Us

Andy grew up in an Air Force family that moved to Brevard County in 1987. He graduated from Satellite High School in 1989. He is now a top-producing full-time Realtor with the #1 RE/MAX company in Brevard County. After spending four years as a sixth grade teacher in Orange County, FL, he decided to take a position in new home sales. Both his father and sister worked for a large home builder and, after spending a summer working with them, he knew he had found his true calling. This background in residential construction and new home sales is an asset not only for his clients interested in purchasing new construction, but his clients interested in resale home and condominiums, as well. Although he remembers the Dairy Queen in Satellite Beach, Herbie K's in Cocoa Beach, and the pastures that are now Viera, his focus in real estate in anything but in the past. Andy has fully embraced the technological changes that are transforming the real estate industry. His local knowledge, his solid grasp on the latest and most effective marketing technology, as well as his background in home construction give him a skill set that his clients find to be a valuable resource. Finding the right Realtor to work with you can be a daunting task. Andy strives to be an ambassador to those that have had bad experiences with Realtors in the past. His solid communication skills, proven negotating ability, and dedication to providing superior customer service make him a top-producing and sought-after Realtor in Brevard County. But don't take his word for it - take a few minutes to read his client testimonials. When not working with his clients or on the marketing of their properties, Andy spends his time enjoying the Brevard beachside lifestyle. He is fortunate that both his and his wife's family live in the area and they take pleasure in visiting them for a few minutes or for dinner whenever they can. Andy and his wife are also eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child in March of 2011. He and his wife are both avid cyclists and can often be found riding their bikes in the Florida sunshine. When they're ready for a little cool weather or a short break, Andy and Abby enjoy traveling to new destinations both near and far. Abby was born in Carmichaels, PA and moved to Brevard County when she was five years old. After living in Merritt Island for several years, her family relocated to West Palm Beach, FL. Upon graduating from John I. Leonard High School, she moved to Winter Park, FL to attend Rollins College. After graduating from Rollins with honors in 1997, Abby moved back to Brevard County to work for a local advertising agency to develop strategic marketing campaigns for some of Brevard's most well-known companies. Several years later, when the Director of Operations position for a national home furnishings company was offered to her, she moved back to Palm Beach, FL. Running a $120 million dollar national company was an experience that allowed Abby to hone the communication, marketing, and negotiating skills that both she and her clients find invaluable. However, as much as she enjoyed working as the leader of a successful company, after years of non-stop traveling and professional success, she decided to re-focus her life. The first move she made was the move back to Brevard County to be closer to her family. Since Abby had always been interested in real estate, she decided to buy and renovate several homes with her family. This experience helped her realize that she wanted to become a Realtor so that she could help others realize their real estate dreams. Perhaps it was coincidence or perhaps it was fate, but it was real estate that introduced her to her husband, Andy. Abby's clients realize that her background in business and marketing gives them a competitive advantage over their competition. Her practiced and effective communication skills allow her to communicate effectively with both new home buyers, as well as seasoned short sale negotiators. Furthermore, her clients quickly learn that Abby is pleasantly persistent when they need answers and will, whenever possible, unfailingly get them the results they seek. Those that have worked with her appreciate her absolute loyalty, as well as her professional dedication to serving them to the best of her abilities. When Abby is not working, there are few things she enjoys more than riding her beloved Trek road bike, Cupcake. Abby also finds joy serving as the President of the Brevard Alumnae Chapter of Kappa Delta Sorority, the Vice President of Melbourne Alumnae Panhellenic, and as a member of the Hip Chicks, a business networking group for women. Always adventurous, Abby enjoys traveling to destinations near and far with her husband, Andy. Abby and Andy are also excitedly awaiting the arrival of their first child in March of 2011.
