This home is located off of Grove Street in Marysville which runs between State Avenue and 67th. Marysville is an interesting town just north of Everett. Typically, for the same price, a person can buy a newer and bigger home in Marysville. It is still the locale of plenty of new construction homes in the Sunnyside area and just off of Getchell near the new Marysville High School that is yet to be built near the Copper Creek neighborhoods.
Grove Street has a few businesses on it as well as a fairly new library.
The locale of this home in on a quiet dead end street of well kept homes. It is not far from the Cedarcrest Golf Course.
On the other side of I-5, the Tulalip Casino and a whole host of outlet stores offer shopping and entertainment. To the north of Marysville, lies Arlington and onward into Skagit County. To the east, one can get to Granite Falls via Getchell or a bit south via Hwy 92. Lake Stevens is nearby and easily accessible via Hwy 9.
The folks in Marysville actually have 2 alternatives for going north and south. One is I-5. And east of that is Hwy 9. State Avenue and 67th run between the two and will get you to Arlington or into the Sunnyside area or Soper Hill.
West of Marysville is the Tulalip Reservation. Marine Drive offers a scenic drive along the waterfront and eventually will lead you into Stanwood and from there it is easy to go onto Camano Island. Firetrail road cuts east and west and typically where the reservation ends. The other side of Firetrail has an area called the 7 lakes area. The biggest lake is Lake Goodwin. There are plenty of properties on the west side of I-5 that are acreage homes.
