Spire Midtown has seen some exciting changes! The residential corridors throughout the building have had a complete renovation and are keeping the building looking better than ever. Also, the elevator cars were renovated on the inside and have a look much more in keeping with how the building looks.
Spire Midtown Atlanta arrived on the scene after its sibling,
Metropolis Midtown proved to be such a success. So much so, that the building sold out in just 3 weeks during pre-construction. (Later, buyers learned a tough lesson when the developer put 50+ homes on the market they held back!)
Despite that, Spire Midtown continues to be a great community not only to purchase, but to live. Security features such as card readers, cameras and controlled access to residential floors are major selling features to this building.
Options were limited to a color choice of cabinets, based on what floor you selected. There were no granite or back splash choices. But, those are easy changes that a buyer today could make to personalize their Spire home.
The amenities of Spire Midtown Atlanta are located to the back of the building, and include a two-story club room with a movie theater, wet bar, billiard table, catering kitchen and internet stations. The club room has been changed up and there is a second "mini-theatre" area in the main club room. The pool area offers the perfect spot to escape the summer heat and humidity Atlanta is known for. (Hence the nickname, "Hotlanta.") There are gas grills and several areas for outdoor dining. The renovated club room and lobby are awesome in design and feel, and have given the building a fresh feel!
The street level retail at Spire Midtown has a few openings, but currently is home to Fresh To Order, Firehouse Subs, Five Guys Burgers, Senor Patron Mexican Restaurant and a dry cleaners.
Spire Midtown is convenient to many restaurants in Midtown Atlanta as well as a short walk from the High Museum, Fox Theater and Piedmont Park
