About the Neighborhood

This adult community is one of 3 in Healdsburg. It was the first to be built and it has in my opinion some advantages. The section where this home is situated is at the edge of the towns city limits and with that comes more of a country feeling with all the city amenities.
This complex has the lowest HOA fee's and the books have been managed well.

There is a salt water pool at the community center that is right next to the Russian River and miles of hiking trails.

The Healdsburg golf course is almost across the street and the historic Healdsburg Plaza is just a level one mile walk away.

The Healdsburg Senior center is right next to the plaza and is a hub of bustling activity with everything from assistance classes to day trips to many of the wonderful tourist sights in northern California.
