This is a railroad style apartment with 3 bedrooms, separate living room dining room kitchen, and bathroom. There is a nice backyard for shared use. This is conveniently located near a park and across from school # 10. Utilities are separate. Water is $50 every 3 months. Anyone interested in viewing has to fill out the main parts of the application. I don't need any private info upfront (like soc #) but everything else like employment info is important. Viewings are typically Sunday morning only by appointment. Possibly one other weekday.
