Nice unit at The Collins, next to Canyon Ranch, it's so close to the sand... you'll feel you are on vacation! The unit has ceramic floors, double sink bathroom, granite counter tops, GE appliances, a full washer & dryer and impact proof windows. The building had excellent amenities such as fitness center, business center, sauna and steam bath and you may walk directly to the beach from the pool area.
