In the 1100 acre community of Yellowtop Mountain Estates, this nearly 2 acre lot already has a superior wall foundation in place. Alas, a tree has fallen on it, but the sellers think it can be repaired and since it's a Superior foundation there are contractors available. In Yellowtop, all the roads are paved and there are no hair-raising switchbacks. There is lots of green space here, with mountain views around every bend.
