Bartram Springs Guest Rule Reminders

Pool:

All Pool Patrons and their guests must sign in upon entry of the pool area. Patron households are limited to four (4) guests at the Pool Area, with additional guests to be permitted subject to pool capacity and in the discretion of Amenity Center Staff.

Fitness Room:

Eligible Users: Patrons and guests fifteen (15) years of age and older are permitted to use the Fitness Center during designated operating hours. Children who are thirteen (13) and fourteen (14) years of age may use the Fitness Center only when accompanied by an authorized adult eighteen (18) years of age or older. No children twelve (12) years of age and under are permitted in the Fitness Center. 

Athletic Fields:

Eligible Users. Patrons and guests ten (10) years and older are permitted to use the Athletic Fields. Children under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older. Patrons may accompany up to five (5) guests. 

Tennis Courts:

Eligible Users. Patrons and guests fifteen (15) years of age and older are permitted to use the Tennis Facility during designated operating hours. Children who are fourteen (14) years of age and younger may use the Tennis Facility only when accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older.

The Summer Amenity office hours are:

Mondays Closed

Tues-Thurs. 9am-8pm

Fri, Sat, Sun 9am-9pm

Fitness Room Opened 4am -11pm daily

Slide Hours are Fridays 3-7pm and Saturdays & Sundays 10am-7pm

Starting in May  Mondays the pools will be open from 2pm-7pm (no Slide)

The Bartram Club Facility Rental Fees

The Bartram Club has several areas in which residents can rent for all of their party needs.

The Social Hall

The Social Hall is available for $50.00 (check made to the Bartram Club CDD). A security deposit of $300 (check made to the Bartram Club CDD) is also needed and will be returned to you after an inspection has been completed. If the party has more than 25 people or after hours, then there is an extra staff fee of $61 (Check made to ASG).

The Social Hall cannot accommodate more than 75 people per party. When you rent the Social Hall the card room, full kitchen (no stove) and the outside patio are also included. You receive a four hour time period for your event. You do not receive pool access when you rent the Social Hall.

You are responsible for cleaning up after your party. We supply you with all the cleaning supplies you will need including a list of duties you are responsible for, 30 minutes before your party is over.  

The Gazebos

The Gazebos are also available for $25.00 (check made to the Bartram Club CDD). From March to October there will be a $61 extra lifeguard fee (Check made to Riverside Management). A security deposit of $300 (check made to the Bartram Club CDD) is also needed and will be returned to you after an inspection has been completed.

The maximum capacity is 25 people.

You are entitled to four tables and four chairs at each table.

You are responsible for cleaning up after your party. We supply you with all the cleaning supplies you will need including a list of duties you are responsible for, 30 minutes before your party is over.

No alcohol, no smoking, no glass products on pool deck  

The Grill

The grill is open to all residents. If you rent the Gazebo, the grill is still open to all residents on a first come first serve basis.

You are responsible for cleaning up after your party. We supply you with all the cleaning supplies you will need including a list of duties you are responsible for, 30 minutes before your party is over.
