Buyers meet with our design professional to review the plans and make personal selections for the home’s exterior and interior. Some of the exciting choices buyers will make for the exterior of the home include brick, stucco or siding colors, roof shingle color, trim color and window frame color. For the home’s interior, buyers will choose wall paint, cabinets, countertops and flooring for the kitchen and baths, carpet color and style, lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures just to name a few.
