Great Adult Community

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, located in Rivers Bend at the base of Fitch Mountain near the Russian River. It has been well maintained and we are getting lots of compliments regarding how well this house has been prepared. There are miles of beautiful walking trails along the river. It is 1 mile to the Healdsburg Plaza, Senior Center and shopping. It is 1/8th mile to the local golf course. There is local bus service to get around town that passes near this home.

Notice that this is an end unit with no neighbors on 3 sides of the home. I think that the 3 acre strip of lawn open space to the north side of the home is under utilized in giving this home the feeling of living in a park.

Peaceful, country feeling but with all the amenities of city living. Rivers Bend has it all. Great neighbors, efficient homes and a sense of security with community spirit!
