Family Room:

 

There is a large/oversized family room with plenty of room for couches, chairs, coffee table, etc.  Features crown moulding throughout the downstairs area.  This is an "open concept" where you can see in to the kitchen from the living area.  There is also a recently renovated half bathroom in the downstairs area.

 

Upstairs:

 

There are two equally oversized/master bedrooms.  One of the bedrooms has built in shelving unit. Both rooms are wired for cable and have TV mounts installed.  There is a "Jack and Jill" full bathroom that is shared upstairs.  It has also recently been renovated.  The laundry (washer/dryer) is also in the upstairs hallway in between the two bedrooms for easy access.

 

Outside:

 

The family room opens up to a private fenced in back yard with a wood deck.  Perfect for grilling and entertaining friends and family.

 

Storage:

 

This townhouse does not have a basement.  However, there is plenty of storage in the attic and under the staircase in the family room.
