The Property is easily accessed via Interstate 40 from Alamo Road.   Once you depart Interstate 40, all roads are unpaved and are generally maintained by the Santa Fe Ranch Property Owners Association (SFR POA).  Alamo Road, a primary roadway corridor, is maintained by Mohave County.  SFR POA grades all internal roads twice a year.  A road grading schedule is available on the SFR POA website, santaferanch.org.  In 2016 the SFR POA spent nearly $250,000 on roadway grading and maintenance, ensuring year-round drivability and access for all property owners.

Elevation

Elevation of the tract of ranch land is approximately 2,100' above sea level. The air at this elevation is extremely pure and always very clear. The nighttime sky is arrayed with the spectacular Milky Way with unobscured views free of city lights and air pollution.
