Loveland Ohio is an amazing place to visit. World famous ice cream (Graeter's), fun small town shopping, trail side outdoor dining, two new breweries, a brand new park and lots of other surprises just a short walk away. Go the other direction (south) and hit a cool town called Branch Hill, a former Gangster hangout in the 1920's with a cool bar, coffee shop, convenient store and large antique shop. A few miles further down the trail to get to Miamiville where you will see historic homes and a cool deli. 8 miles from our home you will get to Historic Downtown Milford Ohio. This place is awesome with restaurants, bars, a donut shop, antique shops, an outdoor store, a bike shop and much more. I can go on and on with lots of options for you to explore around here right on the bike trail!
We are very excited to share our home with you and there are a few things we want to make sure you are made aware of regarding your stay: - There is parking for 2-3 cars maximum. Please note that there is no on street parking whatsoever. - Bedroom #3 (with bunkbeds) is located in tandem with the master bedroom (you have to walk through the master bedroom to get to bedroom #3). It is a great bedroom for younger children when perhaps parents would like to have staying close by. We want to make sure if this arrangement bothers you for any reason that you make note of it and decide if you will be okay with this prior to booking your stay. - We are happy to accommodate small dogs in our home, but please note that there is no fence to the yard and you will need to keep your dog on a leash and in your full control when letting them outside as there are very often others dogs passing very nearby on the bike/walking trail that is located directly behind the home. You will need to be responsible for your dog at all times. - Video monitoring of the exterior of the property in use 24/7 for added security. - Please be sure to note that the maximum amount of guests allowed is seven (that includes all ages). - Also note that this is a 100+ year old home and comes with all the charm of a 100 year old home. While it is completely updated with all new and modern amenities it was still built in sections over decades so some floors, doorways, etc. are uneven. We are confident that these quirks will not hinder the amazing time you will have while staying here.
