Welcome to Highland Park in Roseville

Highland Park started building in the early 2000's. My wife & I with our 2 children moved into our house in late 2002 and we were one of a handful of residents to occupy Highland Park. No shopping, no school just a lot of dirt from all the building around us.

Highland Park in Roseville Ca had several different builders which offered many different floor plans and house sizes to perspective buyers.

Today Highland Park has 3 neighborhood parks, the Nugget Plaza shopping center, Thomas Jefferson Elementary School and the City Indoor Pool. In the future the City of Roseville has plans to finish Central Park which should include lighted soccer fields and softball fields, basketball courts and a picnic area.

Highland Park has easy access to Highway 65 plus the additional shopping close to the neighborhood makes it convenient if you need to run around. For the fun shopping you are a hop, skip and a jump to the Roseville Galleria. There are plenty of activites and things to do around Roseville and the surrounding area's. The schools for Highland Park are Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, Buljan Middle School and Roseville High School. Thomas Jefferson is ranked 9 out of 10 by GreatSchools.org and also School-Ratings.com. Buljan Middle school is ranked 8 out of 10 from Great Schools.org and 9 out of 10 from School Ratings.com. Roseville High School is ranked 8 out of 10 from both Great School.org and School Ratings.com. There is also a Private Christian School PK-8, Adventure Christian School. Great Schools.org rates it 4 out of 5 stars and Trulia parent reviews has it rated 4 out of 5 stars.

The Nugget Plaza shopping center has a variety of businesses which include Nugget Markets, Wells Fargo, Peet's Coffee & Tea, Citibank, Chipotle, The Golden 1, Mary's Pizza, Massage Heights, Nugget Plaza Cleaners, Ben's Bark Pet Supply, Veera Yoga, Subway's, Dickey's BBQ and many more.
