Welcome to the Residential Community of “Fountain Spring” located in the central western section in the City of Plantation Florida.

This Neighborhood consists of 628 Single Family Homes that were built between the years of 1989 and 1995. The Single Family Homes in Fountain Spring were built and developed into 4 different phases each phase having a different price point and offering different floor plans.

Here in this community you will find one story and two story homes with square footage ranging from 1,500 to 2,200 square feet under air. Every Home has either a 1 Car Garage or a 2 Car Garage.
