Homes in this Community were built in phases between 1978 and 1995. There is a total of 1036 Single Family Homes in this neighborhood with many cul-de-sacs and winding roads. There is a total of 8 separate entrances into Jacaranda Lakes and several Lakes and large canals so many Homes are waterfront about 65% total.

Here in this community most of the homes are single story with a small handful of two story homes. Many of the homes have a private pool and every home has at least a two car garage and some homes have a three car garage. There is a small section of approximately 50 Homes which are gated called the “Enclave of Jacaranda.”
